Weather was cold, blustery and had snow on the ground. From first touch the Ethos was a comfortable gun to handle. Surprisingly light and mounted well. For its weight, it had very light recoil. From the first shot I found it to be spot on at breaking clays. Did have a problem with 2nd and 3rd rounds jamming. This happened on five occasions. Most of these (four) happened in the last 20 rounds fired. Overall, it would be a good choice for hunting quail on our ridges in the Piedmont of the state, or the mountainsides for grouse in North Georgia.
